This is an early stereo copy in excellent condition !

 

Cover : EXC (solid VG+)

Very nice laminated gatefold cover well preserved !

--- Front is EXC+ (VG++)

--- Back is EXC (VG+) : lamination peeling at top/bottom left.

--- Top/Left/Right slices are NM ; Bottom slices are EXC (VG+) : a very small wear sign and a « mini cut » (back cover side).

--- Corners are EXC+ (VG++) : tiny wear sign ; very slight crease at right corners (front cover side).

--- Inside cover is EXC (solid VG+) : 3 slight/thin stains at left ; a very small wear sign at the bottom slice (under the photo of John Coltrane) ; superb otherwise.  

--- Original Impulse inner sleeve : NO

Very nice condition !

 

Audio : EXC+ (VG++)

Close to NM ! The sound quality is great and impressive.

NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO distortion ; NO background noise.

--- Side A is NM

--- Side B is EXC+ (VG++) : a very small tic during 2 x 10 seconds at the beginning the bass solo intro and some very small surface noise the first 3 minutes (probably due to the pressing of the LP) ; then NM condition.

The audio recording is stunning here !

Visual : EXC+ (VG++)

Close to NM ! The vinyl is visually beautiful.

This copy has probably been played once or twice, not much more, with care.

NO scratches and NO feelable marks on both sides.

Visible under light & NON feelable : 1 very soft/thin hairline BARELY visible on Side A ; 1 very slight/small hairline on Side B ; 1 EXTREMELY thin/small scuff BARELY visible on Side A & Side B ; Some EXTREMELY slight superficial paper inner sleeve surface traces.  

High luster.

Superb condition !

 

Label : clean !

Visually beautiful on both sides.

NO spindle marks visible under light.

Note : a narrow spindle hole.
