The Grateful Dead captured live on this 4 LP box set on the Smilin' Ears label mostly from 1977 (Englishtown NJ), but has several tracks recorded at various locations of note (Fillmore West, University of Arizona and Winterland). Label states records were pressed in Valencia, Venezuela. Released on the reputable Smilin' Ears label in 1977. Cover has a cool color image of a tear being shed for Ron "Pigpen" Mckernan, Featured Tracks are: Friend of the bDevel, Bertha/Good Lovin', Loser, Mississippi Half Step, Terrapin Station and more.
