For sale an original 2008 (Atlantic records) copy of Tally Hall's Marvin's Marvellous Mechanical Museum on vinyl record. While opened and no longer in the plastic, it appears the record has never been played. A few years ago I bought a number of LPs from a multimedia liquidator. Included in the sale were some opened copies, including this one, no longer in the plastic. I was told that the original owner (the Borders Books chain) removed the plastic on some records in order to remove Borders’ promotional stickers from the package. So while the album is unwrapped, it’s still in “like new” condition.
It's been stored in a climate controlled location for the time I've had it, but not totally sure of the storage conditions beforehand. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
The listing photos are of a record from the same box; your record will be the exact same as pictured in the photos.
This album was recently re-released on vinyl by Needlejuice records, and I would recommend anyone wanting a vinyl to play and listen to get a copy there instead. This 2008 Atlantic copy is more suited for a collector who's goal is to have one of every version, because of its age I cannot guarantee the playback quality. It may play perfectly, or have issues with the sound quality due to its age or past storage conditions. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
I will carefully pack the record in order to make sure it arrives to you safely; and with fast delivery via the USPS Priority Mail service.
Feel free to make offers on the album!
