Notes on This Pressing:
Discos L 566 Import - Made in Mexico - Mexican Pressing Fold-over picture sleeve SIDE A: Sufro Porque Te Quiero SIDE B: Cantandole Al Cielo
Vinyl is VG with some very light scuffing, but nothing serious. Foldover picture sleeve is VG+! Looks great, very clean, housed in outer plastic sleeve.
Please note, I grade conservatively and by the Goldmine standard, here is what you can expect...
For the VG vinyl - Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
For the VG+ sleeve - Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner. In general, if not for a couple of minor things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint.
***WITH ALL THIS SAID if you have a Crosley or other budget turntable that comes in a suitcase, there is a chance with this, and every record really, that the tone arm, being the weak little thing it is, might bounce off, this is not a sign of a deficient record, this is an issue with the turntable. If you encounter this problem a penny taped to the top of the head of your tone arm generally fixes that right up.***
