I would rate the sleeve as VG-, just has the edge wear really. Inner sleeve is VG, has the soft fold lines at the corners and a few minor dings. No seam splits on either sleeve.
Vinyl is VG - there are one or two light light scuffs and it still has some gloss to it.

Comes with a fresh poly outer sleeve and an additional new lined inner sleeve for the vinyl.
