We do estimate the grades ourselves, we are not professional graders but we try to make the fairest assessment possible only as a starting point. Ultimately judge for yourself using the photos as reference. We use comic price guide's grading standards as a reference which you can go check for yourself.

Vinyl Please contact us with any questions or concerns or for additional photos. You can reference our policy on (comic/vinyl) grading and description or at our store in the about us section. We do estimate the grades ourselves we are not professional graders we try to make the fairest assessment possible. In most cases we grade VG+ even if the record might be higher. I'm not familiar with vinyl grading as well as I am with comic book grading and so I try to be a little more conservative with my estimates. It is just that an estimate. Reference the photos.

Toys Our action figures are a little more straight forward and less subjective than our other item. Please reference our policies to help inform your decision as well as the photos and reach out with any questions. Payment Shipping

Our handling time is 1 day or less. If you pay for an item before 2pm Pacific time Mon-Fri we can ship same day. We offer free shipping on most items. On larger items or items that require more handling we ship standard or economy. We combine shipping on items if more than one is purchased by the same person. We provide an invoice with updated shipping for those customers. Our goal is to have it shipped safely well packaged and in route to you within 24 hours or less free or charge unless otherwise specified.

Returns

We have a 30 DAY RETURN policy and WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING. If an item is defective we provide a full refund including shipping. If any order is sent back because you changed your mind, is as described and there is nothing wrong with it, not in the original packaging or missing parts or pieces, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs and will not be refunded the original cost to ship to help recoup some of the original shipping and handling costs, and eBay fees no exceptions.
