Δημήτρης Μητροπάνος – Λαϊκά Του Σήμερα Release date : 1980 Μητροπάνος, is someone quite special in the history of Greek popular music. Born in Trikala in 1948, similar to Dalaras, held strong political views which were either in unison or at war with the military junta. Similar to many of his peers, he came from a poor background. He was lucky, he started working with Zambeta, Bithikotsis and Theodorakis almost from the start and released his first single in 1967. 
An untimely, and quite unexpected death in Athens, 2012 at the age of 64. Yet another artist of extremely high calibre has been lost. 

This is his 9th LP release. < Απόψε Σε Θέλω > was quite the anthem !

eBAY fees include postage costs now. Royal Mail does not have media postal rates as they do in the US and a 12" falls under the category of 'small parcel'.
