There is blank space at top right reverse where bar code would usually be placed. Record MINT STILL SEALED with no cut out holes, no saw marks and no bar code. Following flaw noted: There is one inch tear to top mouth of disc. See pix 3, 4. Otherwise a rare version of a fine soundtrack.
