Presented for sale, an original issue Northern Soul 45 by American African American entertainment pioneer, Lena Horne. Light skinned Lena Horne crossed over and had a successful mainstream career becoming a major start in the 40s and 50s. This awesome mid 60s beat ballad reveals an altogether more soulful side to the lady, excellent beat -balled. Has to be the UK version, the USA vocal cut is lighter, less punchy.
