Great copy of this Joy Division 12 inch Single. Released on FactoryRecords, catalogue number FAC 23-12. This is a UK Pressing. A- Side matrix FAC 23 T B3 GG MVS-53 TOWN HOUSE. Sleeve Very Good+/Excellent- (some little creases/marks most notable pictured, strong spine, no seam splits, a fine example)  Generic Made in Germany Inner Excellent- no rips, splits, just a few very light creases. The Record: The labels are Excellent-  a few very light spindles. Vinyl Excellent visually, the odd light handling mark, should play excellent with no audio issues.

So wait for an invoice if you buy more than 1 LP. The packaging will be robust having bought records myself on eBay I am well aware of the damage that can be done due to flimsy packaging.
