Original authentic factory sealed copy Monaural pressing Version 2 of The Beatles’ first album released in the US on January 6, 1964 by Vee-Jay Records, which has remained sealed for the past 58 years. Incredible copy, which is simply impossible to find in such a beautiful condition. This is Version 2 of this album, which contains “Please Please Me” and “Ask Me Why” on the back cover. Original cardboard cover comes with an original promotional sticker reading “Featuring TWIST AND SHOUT PLEASE, PLEASE ME”. The sticker is affixed to the cover underneath the shrink wrap and measures 4” x 2¼”. The lower right-hand corner of the front cover and spine contains the catalog number LP 1062 assigned by Vee Jay Records to this album. Impeccable Mint condition whose only flaw would be a record store price tag affixed to the cover with a staple in the upper left-hand corner. The shrink wrap is tight and fully intact, without having any tears, splits or missing pieces, and contains two original breathe holes on the front cover.
