I will always keep the UK 'Post Office' receipt, and the 'Certificate of Postage' to prove that I did post the record to you.

If you do not choose the 'Air-sure' or 'International Signed For' option and the item does not reach you, then I cannot be held responsible for lost item in the post, and so I cannot compensate you personally.

I post hundreds of records abroad every year by normal uninsured 'Small Packet' option, and it is very rare for a record not to reach it's destination, but very rarely, and to certain South America countries the odd record does not make it.
