This is a second pressing with matrix numbers above and Dr Robert misprint
Lots of hairlines on each side and.some larger marks (see photo) that doesn't affect play.
Both sides play through fine and without much surface noise distraction although it is evident on on the songs Here There & Everywhere and I Want To Tell You. There is a little bit of writing on the parlophone logo on the label on side
Overall graded as VG.
The sleeve is solid but with some staining on left side of front cover and the top right area of the rear cover. Graded G+/VG
