On some copies, the inner gatefold incorrectly swaps the titles for Momma and Hood Politics.

Following the credits for Mortal Man, there is braille writing that (choppily translated) says "A blank letter by Kendrick Lamar." although it more accurately says "A Kendrick by blank letter Lamar".

180 Gram 2xLP version. Cosmetically the same as the regular release, the weight of the discs are the only difference. No "180 Gram" hype sticker or other indicators are present.
