Nirvana - Nevermind 2009 ORG 180 gram vinyl LP mastered from the original analog tapes and mastered by Bernie Grundman.

I did a full album complete PLAY TEST on a high end Technics SL-1200MK7 turntable.  All turntables/needles (stylus) may sound/play differently but this should give you the most accurate idea of the audio quality.

There were no skips on either side of the record.  The audio quality sounds amazing throughout the entire record.  The only thing I noticed worth mentioning is there was a slight bit of "crackling"/surface noise at the very beginning of Side 1-Track 1 that quickly subsides and there was one little pop at around the 1 minute mark.  Otherwise, the audio quality of the entire album is excellent. 
This 2009 ORG Pallas pressing is widely considered to be one of, if not the best quality pressing of this record.  I own several different pressings of this album and I agree that the audio quality of this press is superb.  It is mastered from the original analog tapes which are believed to have been lost in a fire at Universal so it is possibly going to be the last wholly analog release of Nevermind.  It is pressed on 180 gram vinyl.
Includes the original insert and it is in excellent condition.  The vinyl is housed in a plastic inner sleeve which is also in excellent condition.  
The vinyl record has some surface marks and hairlines on both sides but no deep scratches or anything like that.  Nothing that affects playback or that could be felt with a finger.  The labels on the vinyl are in excellent condition.  
The jacket has some creases and some indentions.  There is some onset of ring wear on the back but its not too bad.  There is about 2 inches of wear on the top seam and a bit of wear along the spine.  Check out the photos and the video that I posted in the photos section.  It should give you a pretty good idea of the jacket's condition.  It is still a presentable jacket even with the issues i have mentioned.
