Rush-Hemispheres LP  Gatefold sleeve on the Mercury label (9100 059) Released 1978,I am always reluctant to use the term "mint" when describing the condition of records at the end of the day its a used record in my opinion this is " near mint" or as near as your going to get to mint,sleeve good condition.

I usually go with record collectors vinyl grades although I do use the near mint condition between the mint and excellent.

Mint: the record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration of sound quality.

The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.

Near mint : the record has been played and kept with other records but looks like new, the cover and contents are complete and without any wear at all.

The audio is as close to perfect as you could get from a played record.

Excellent: the record shows some signs of having being played, but there is very little lessoning in sound quality.

The cover and packaging might have slight wear and creasing.

Very good: the record has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in  sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Normal wear and tear on on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
