De La Soul "3 Feet High and Rising" 1989 1st pressing LP on Tommy Boy TB-1019, complete with cartoon inner sleeve; the cover is straight and square and grades EXC+ if not NM (this came from the collection of DJ "L.B. ON SOUNDS" who imprinted his logo on the front cover, and on the Side 1 label); the EXC/EXC+ record is glossy on both sides with super-clean labels (having almost zero spindle wear), this album has been playgraded on both sides with just the bare minimum of background noise; the matrices are: Side 1 = TBLP-1019-A-REI-DMM SP1-1, and Side 2 = TBLP-1019-B-REI-DMM SP1-1; the original custom cartoon inner sleeve is in EXC+ condition; this seminal and influential LP is thought by some to be a 'hip hop masterpiece'; unfortunately Trugot the Dove (David Jude Jolicoeur) just passed away on February 12, 2023 of congestive heart failure.
