THE WHO
'THE WHO SELL OUT'
1ST MONO UK PRESSING IN FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE. SILVER/BLACK TRACK LABEL.
THE VINYL SURFACES HAVE SOME LIGHT HAIRFINE MARKS, ONE OR TWO ARE FEELABLE, BUT THE RECORD PLAYS WELL. THERE ARE NO SKIPS OR CATCHES AND FOR MUCH OF THE TIME SURFACE NOISE IS MINIMAL. SIDE ONE - THERE ARE SOME LIGHT CLICKS DURING THE SECOND TRACK, AND THE OCCASIONAL BIT OF CRACKLE OR POP, BUT FOR MUCH OF THE TIME THE SOUND IS REALLY GOOD. SIDE TWO - THERE IS THE OCCASIONAL BIT OF CRACKLE BUT FOR MUCH OF THE TIME THERE IS LITTLE SURFACE NOISE AND IT SOUNDS REALLY NICE. THE LAST TWO TRACKS DO HAVE SOME CRACKLE AND LIGHT CLICKING. FOR THE MOST PART THOUGH THIS RECORD SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD.
THE SLEEVE IS IN DECENT SHAPE. THERE IS SOME WEAR AND A LITTLE CREASING, BUT NO SPLITS, TEARS OR WRITING.
A RARE FIRST UK MONO PRESS WHICH IN BETTER CONDITION COMMANDS PRICES IN THREE FIGURES. START PRICE REFLECTS CONDITION.
612 002 - TRACK 1967
POSTAGE: I always combine postage for purchase of more than one item. I also post at cost. For UK buyers I use tracked 48 with the Royal Mail (so if you require shipping updates please message me your email). Once packaging costs have been added in (as well as the fact that ebay take a slice of the shipping payment) then I just about break even.
OVERSEAS BIDDERS: Please note for overseas shipping I use ebay's Global Shipping Program, so I am not in control of their charges. I only receive the UK postage fee, which I am happy to combine for multiple purchases.
PACKAGING: Whether it's a £2 record or a £200 record I always pack with the same care. All records will be shipped in a plastic sleeve, with the vinyl removed from the record sleeve (and also the inner if it's a picture/lyric inner), and will be sent in proper record mailers with appropriate stiffeners.
(Please note I am not a dealer, these records are from my own extensive collection which I am scaling down due to lack of space. I will endeavour to describe condition etc. to the best of my ability, but if you have any questions please ask)
