Return to the Source - Sacred Sites 3 x LP - 1997 - 7243 8 33195 1 0 - VG+/EX

Record(s): All sides EX except side E which is VG+

Sleeve: VG+

Inner(s): Generic

Other info: Sleeve has wear to the top seam and a little on the spine, otherwise very nice and VG+. The records all look great with very few plays so are graded EX apart from side E which has a couple of surface marks that make it VG+ to me.

All grades will be based upon a visual inspection and my knowledge of when I acquired the record, what condition is was in when I acquired it and upon my own use of the record.

Checkout/Payment: Please wait for an invoice from me before paying.

I will only ship to the UK myself however I do use the Ebay Global Shipping Program so you can buy from outside the UK. Bear in mind that the postage charges for Ebay’s Global Shipping Program are set by Ebay and I only set and receive the UK shipping charges.

Please also bear in mind that shipping to remote parts of the UK may incur additional charges to those mentioned below. Please message me to check if you are unsure.

The cost of postage will depend upon the final sale price including postage. Royal Mail seem to have been losing/destroying more parcels of late and I will NOT ship any records without adequate insurance. Ebay will expect me to refund any costs for lost or damaged items.

Guide for Postage Costs:

• Postage for items valued up to £45 and weighing less than 2kg will be £4.45 for 2nd class signed for delivery with Royal Mail

• Postage for items with a value up to £90 and weighing less than 5kg will be £8.95 by Parcel Force Express 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• Postage for single or multiple items with a value higher than £90 or greater than 5kg will need to be calculated based upon the weight and value of all items. Shipping will still likely be Parcel Force Express 48 but cost may be higher due to weight and/or value of the items

All records will be shipped in separate anti-static sleeves (out of the inner sleeves to avoid damage in transit) and will be packaged in vinyl mailers with stiffeners. If you have any questions then please ask and I will do my best to help.

Due to non-paying bidders, and Ebay’s generally poor response to dealing with non-paying bidders, please message me first if you have zero feedback and are intending to bid. Failure to do so may see your bid cancelled.

Apologies for all the detail around shipping but it is everyone’s interest that everything is as clear as possible and everybody is covered if something goes wrong. Thank you!

Grading

For grading purposes I use the British Record Collector's grading scale with (+) or (-) signs to denote the in-between conditions. All grades will be based upon a visual inspection and my knowledge of when I acquired the record, what condition is was in when I acquired it and upon my own use of the record. In general I will always grade conservatively and include multiple photos of everything but please ask if you have any specific questions. Please also bear in mind that I am not a record trader, I am slowly selling some of my own vinyl collection that I have amassed between the start of the nineties and mid-noughties.

• Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

• Near Mint (NM) - Will tend to have been opened and either never played or only played a few times. A near mint condition record will thus be almost entirely perfect, bearing next to no marks on the record itself or the sleeve.

• Excellent (EX) - The record shows some signs of having been played. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

• Very Good (VG) - The record has been played a number of times and may have some surface marks or an occasional very light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

• Good (G) - The record has been played many times and mat have some visible marks or minor scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

• Fair (F) - The record is playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable issues and possibly major scratches. The cover and contents may be torn, stained and/or defaced.

I generally wouldn’t consider selling anything less than “Good” except for really unusual items. As a general rule, if you are unsure or want more detail about condition then please ask.
