Joy Division Atmosphere UK 1st Press 12" Vinyl Record FACUS2/UK 1980 "SIGNED" by Ashley Taylor (Ash) of Revenge

After the death of Joy Division's Ian Curtis in May 1980 the remaining band members led by Peter Cook reassigned musical duties and  formed New Order with guitarist/keyboardist  Bernard Sumner and drummer Stephen Morris.

Sumner become frontman, Morris added keyboards his girlfriend later wife Gillian Gilbert was supplementary, guitarist, keyboard player and harmony vocalist.

By 1989 New Order had distinguished itself as one of the most dynamic bands of its generation.

After the New Order disbanded  Peter Cook went on to form the band "Revenge" by assisting a local act Lovolta Lakota, featuring Ged Duffy of Stockholm Monsters , David Hicks a roadie for Southern Death Cult and Ashley  "Ash" Taylor of curse.

Here on the rear cover in the most beautiful hand writing are the  hand written lyrics of Joy Division's "love will tear us part" and "new dawn fades".

The record cover is then signed "Ash" with the words
