The inner "Leadbelly's Legacy" booklet is here. The outer sleeve is VG to VG+. No tears, rips or seam splits. Normal wear, and there is a mark in the upper right corner - looks like it was from a price tag. The vinyl is heavy and has light marks. I played this and heard light sounds, but no skips.
