The cover is in Excellent condition showing some ring wear.  It is still in its original shrink wrap but there is a hole in it on front (see pic). I have placed the cover in a protective plastic sleeve with the record stored outside the cover to prevent further wear.

Labels are in Excellent condition. The inner protective sleeve is generic.

The record has been cleaned with a digital ultrasonic cleaner and tested.

Record grading: M : Mint, a brand new record.
M-/MINT: No notable scratches or wear, hardly played
VG++ or EX: Excellent is a step above VG+. Vinyl still shiny but might have very light noise in the dead wax areas.
VG+ : A used, reasonable copy. Signs of wear and possibly light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still very nice.
VG : Very Good - a used played copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and likely light to moderate surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages.
VG- : Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
G+ : No skips but scratchy/noisy.
