The cover is in very good condition with only minimal wear and tear. The inner sleeve is in very good condition.
I have rated the vinyl as good Plus. There are some light scratches on the album. I did test play it on my Crosley photograph. You can hear some pops and stuff but it did not skip for me. However I don't know what equipment you will play the album on so I'm selling the vinyl as is.
