Limited edition green vinyl Live at Third Man Records by Billie Eilish.
New, never played, and very limited in availability. Record jacket was not shrinkwrapped - it was sold unwrapped as pictured, resulting in very slight wear/rubbing against other record jackets at the store (see pics).
Imperfection is a main theme of this recording and package, as is consistent with Billie Eilish's views on personal appearance, beauty, vanity, etc (see the two spots mentioning imperfection on the orange package insert with setlist).
There may be imperfections in the printed paper record jacket, outer plastic sleeve, and/or inner vinyl sleeve as with other Third Man Records products.
