You will receive a 12" X 7" printed cardboard hanger that hung on the Bradlee's (as well as other stores I would imagine) record department racks with the 45 rpm cellophaned onto it.
I have had these in a box out of the light all these decades.
You will receive the cardboard hanger only. NO 45 rpm is included. ONLY the hanger.
Doubtful you will find another anytime soon.
