Stereo LP: Soundproof: The Sound Of Tomorrow Today! - Ferrante and Teicher - Westminster Records WST 15011 - 1958
Comments: Fully play-tested. What an amazing and super-satisfying listening experience! The "Forbidden Planet" film cover art is amazing too! Here's a fun fact for you. The songs on this stereo version of "Soundproof - The Sound Of Tomorrow Today!" are the stereo mixes of a different album called "Soundblast - The Sound Of Tomorrow Today!" and are not the same songs included on the mono version of "Soundproof - The Sound Of Tomorrow Today!". So, just be sure you check out what you're getting here. 
Visual Record Condition: The vinyl is very glossy with just a few light surface scuffs. I graded it EX - very close to Near Mint.  
Record Labels Condition: The labels look great. There isn't any writing/tape/stickers on the labels. 
Play Test Notes: I played this record from start to finish before offering it for sale. General background record surface noise is negligible. I heard a few (very few) very light ticks. The listen was super-satisfying and the sound quality is amazingly superb. Of course, there were no skips or sticks during my play-test. 
Jacket Type and Condition: The regular LP jacket with pasted-on art is in high-end VG condition. It looks pretty good in fact. General wear is on the mild side of moderate. Scuffs are visible in the glossy finish of the front that you may not notice in the photographs. There are no significant creases. There is moderate edge and corner wear. The top seam is split for about an inch at the right corner. Although there is wear on the spine, most of the lettering there is readable. There is some writing on the back side. Also on the back side, on the right, there is a "50" and a couple ink spots - apparently the product of a rubber stamp applied for reasons unknown to me. The jacket is currently protected by a clear poly outer sleeve.    
Inner Sleeve Type and Condition: The inner sleeve is a plain white paper replacement with die-cut center hole. 
Inserts: No inserts.
Shipping Notes: The shipping charge you are asked to pay covers some, but not all of the costs I incur for postage and quality packing materials. This will be packed well for secure shipping. By default the package will travel by the slower Media Mail rate. For speedier delivery, an option to use Priority Mail shipping is provided at check-out. The post office makes no delivery time guarantee for Priority Mail, but Priority Mail packages almost always are delivered within 2 or 3 days from the time I hand them over to the post office. I generally pack and ship items sold right away and hand them over to the post office at the earliest opportunity (sometimes same day, sometimes next day).

I promise to pack your item securely, no matter what it is. Everything I ship gets packed well, so don't worry about a thing. 
If appropriate I will add insurance coverage. Sometimes I will add signature tracking (USA) when your item is shipped. Signature tracking ensures that the postal service doesn't leave your valuable item unattended on your doorstep out in the sun or rain - it has to be handed over face to face. If you order something rare and/or worth a bit, be prepared to have to accept delivery in person.

When multiple items are shipped together, I can almost always give you a better deal on the shipping cost compared to the individual shipping costs. I promise to give you the best rate possible based on the items purchased and the shipping method required.
For "Buy It Now" items (most of what I offer), simply add each item that you want to your shopping cart. When ready to commit to buying, request a total from me from your cart and I'll send an invoice as soon as I can. Since I'm not a computer and I do other things like sleep and take the dogs for walks, you might not receive an immediate response, but I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you decide to pay for items you want individually instead of requesting a total from the shopping cart, I will promptly send back whatever money I can for a shipping discount. Some items are not compatible for combined shipping.  Combining shipping might require changing the shipping method or increase packaging materials expense.  A few items that I offer are not eligible for combined shipping.  Of course it is ok to ask about combined shipping costs up front. You have to tell me exactly what you intend to buy and where it will be shipped. I can't always give an exact cost, but I can at least give you an estimate.
