RAY CHARLES Lot #M3: 4 45s on ATLANTIC & ABC Night Time ROCKHOUSE Sinner’s Prayer STICKS & STONES
This listing is for four 7-inch 45s:
RAY CHARLES (Night Time Is) The Right Time/Tell All the World About You ATLANTIC 2010 (VG+ to VG++/VG++)
RAY CHARLES Rockhouse Part 1/Part 2 ATLANTIC 2010 (VG+)
RAY CHARLES Sinner's Prayer/It Should've Been Me ATLANTIC 1021 yellow & black label (VG/G- to G, scratches on It Should've Been Me cause pops but record plays with no skips or repeats)
RAY CHARLES Sticks and Stones/Worried Life Blues ABC-PARAMOUNT 10,118 (G-, scuffed)
This 45 lot came from a collector who began buying records as a teenager from local stores in Los Angeles in the 1950s; most are original first pressings. Many of them have stickers or writing on the labels (see photos). The collection also includes early 1960s promotional jazz and R&B 45s sent to (but not played by) a San Antonio pop radio station and other vintage records acquired in Texas and Kansas City.
Those graded VG+ or better are clean and glossy with only faint scuffs or blemishes, if any.
See grading codes below. See photos for label damage, markings, stickers, etc.
Combined shipping available on multiple purchases.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact me before opening a case with eBay.
I have many more records, CDs and magazines listed at my eBay store, BluEsoterica.com Mail Order, and if you are in Kansas City, see my bins at Happy Rock Antiques, 100 NW 72nd St. in Gladstone, MO (10 miles north of downtown KC via U.S. Highway 169). The store is open every day (10am-8 pm Tuesday through Saturday, noon-5pm Sunday, 10am-6pm Monday). My booth is number 152 (the one with the most soul, jazz and blues records; there are several other booths with records, too).
