I had another Beatles research project for this copy.  I have a few others albums up for sale that are also 1st pressings.  For this one, I had to narrow down the list of the hundreds of pressings and variations of this album.  I did find that it was a 1967 1st US Pressing from the Scranton Pressing Plant.  I didn't notice any typos or wild variations, but there are a few versions from Scranton if you wanted to narrow it down further.
About the condition - The record plays through without any major issues.  It's in overall nice shape and the stereo soundstage on this pressing shines. Light surface noise here and there, but nothing overpowers the music.  There are a few faint clicks on "Leaving Home" unfortunately, so I would grade it as VG.  The outer sleeve is also in decent shape outside of some general shelf wear and some scuffs and dings along the edges.  Previous owner wrote their name in pen on the top edge.  They also patched a seam split on the bottom edge with clear tape.  All in all, I would still consider it VG.
Check out my other listings for several other high-quality records!  This batch is a mix of a lot of different genres, but it trends towards rock and pop with some prog, folk, soul, and blues mixed in.  I have several records of big names and hard to find albums.  60s 70s and 80s.
