Bought new, played three times. Excellent condition all around.
Gatefold cover is NM-. Both paper/poly sleeves are NM-. All four sides look and play a very strong EX/VG++...just some minor surface noise here and there and a tiny 'glitch' on Mercy Street. Download card has been used and lost, sorry...but I'm happy to burn a cd for you or upload the files to my Google Drive and send you a link.
