DAVID PEEL & THE APPLE BAND -Bring Back The Beatles - ORA004 LP  - Shrink - EX. One side of the record has a small smudge - if not for that, the entire package would be NM. 
There may be a signature on the back cover as shown in photo 4. If you run your fingernail over it, it feels bumpy and in close inspection, you can see the paper has been depressed by a ballpoint pen. He would have had to sign it before it was shrink-wrapped but I assume it was a limited run and low production numbers may have made that possible. Further, the orange dot on the back side is an applique, it is not printed. In addition, it matches the other  autographs that  I have found on the web.  I am listing it as "autographed". If anyone has any info on this artist and this release, please contact me and let me know.
