Record and sleeve are in very good condition. This is a 48 year old record that’s been well taken care of. There is a tear on the side of the slip cover. Included are a page of KISS army memorabilia and a thing(?) that has I torn perforations. I thought it might be stickers but I don’t think so. It’s cool it’s still there but I’m not sure what it is.
