This is sealed and looks brand new, but listed as used due to shelf wear. Cellophane on front has minimal scuff marks back is a bit cleaner. Some tiny spots wear the sealed plastic is breaking through. Lower right corner and 1” section center area where it opens, specifically. Can be seen in photos.
Overall, really rare to find a nice sealed copy like this for an affordable price.
