Metallica "Ride the Lightning" LP on Music For Nations, 1984. 
Very clean high VG+ vinyl, probably closer to NM. 
Looks exactly like the pictures online of the UK 1984 pressing, and I've had this for 30 plus years, buying it second hand then.
Has inner sleeve.
