Listed is Alan Jackson's LP "Here In the Real World." The vinyl plays VG+ with no pops, or skips; playing nicely overall but does have a touch seconds of light surface noise on a couple of tracks. The cover is VG+ with no splits or tears but does have a light touch of general wear on the right side. The cover is still mostly in the shrink but there is a hole in the shrink about the size of a quarter in the top left corner (likely where a price tag was removed). I play grade everything I list before it goes up for auction (unless it is SEALED or marked "unplayed"). I am a collector, not a store and do my best to grade accurately and take great care of my LPs. If you are purchasing internationally, please do not ask me to place any value on the customs for other than the value the LP sells for. I will not ship to Brazil or Italy; sorry.
