Plastic has been removed as it was beginning to tighten, which could damage the sleeve and/or LP. It has not been played, and is brand new other than the missing plastic.

- Rear cover title has a lower case, unbolded “L” at the end of “SOUl.” This issue also occurs on the Side B label with the letter “T” in “ELEVAtOR” and “ELEVAtED.” It is corrected on the Side A label
- Track B2 listed as "Winslow" on rear cover and disc, should read "Julia".
- Track B3 titled "Watercolours" on rear cover and disc, while digital release reads "Watercolors".
- Track B5 listed as"Julia" on rear cover and disc, should read "Winslow"."
