A Personal Message from The Jacksons
Exclusive Club Recording - 7" vinyl
Méga rare collector officiel.
Voici un vinyle très
recherché par les collectionneurs. Il s'agit d'un 45 tours où les Jacksons
chantent "a capella" un titre inédit et improvisé : "The
Surprise Song". Faisant à l'origine parti d'un pack
"fan-club" tiré à très peu d'exemplaires, il fut uniquement
envoyé en 1983 à tous les adhérents du fan-club officiel américain des
Jacksons. Véritable rareté, le pack complet (non inclus ici) comprenait
également : une double pochette illustrée, une newsletter de 4 pages, plusieurs
grandes photos (24x19cm), dix petites photos (5 de 13x9cm et 5 de
9x6cm), un poster (56x43cm), une biographie, des bons de commande
(merchandising), des formulaires d'adhésion au fan club (parrainage), une carte
de membre, un certificat d'appartenance au fan club.

This 7" vinyl is an extremely rare collector's item (available to Fan-Club only in 1983). On the A side, all the Jackson brothers have fun and talk to fans about their upcoming Victory tour. At the end, MJ tells you to flip the record over to listen to a special song : "the surprise song". It's cute and funny because they have no pre-written lyrics... they are just making up the song as they go along.
This
fantastic record was part of a mega rare US fan club membership kit
(not included here) which was only available per mail in 1983. Inside a
beautiful 2-pocket folder, you could get a 4-page newsletter, several
giant pictures (24x19cm = 9.5" x 7.5"), 10 small pictures, 1 poster
(56x43cm = 22"x17"), 1 bio sheet, order forms, application forms, 1
membership card, 1 membership certificate, 1 record (7 inches).
Good overall condition.
