Original incredibly rare very 1st issue of The Beatles “Hey Jude / Revolution” which was the first Beatles’ 7” 45 RPM single release on their new label Apple Records. Very 1st Apple Records 2276 label variation without the “George Martin” producer credit and “Recorded in England” statement on both sides. Original 1st print East Coast straight cut “The Beatles on Apple” black drop center picture sleeve remains sealed with a record store double-sided “98c” price tag sticker at the top. “Hey Jude” was the No. 1 hit in many countries around the world and became the top-selling single of the year in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada. Its nine-week run at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 tied the all-time record in 1968 for the longest run at the top of the US charts, the record it held for nine years.

 It's incredibly hard to find this 7" single in such a stunning vintage Mint Minus condition. The picture sleeve doesn't have any splits and retains its deep rich black color without having any wear or scuffs.
