The album features contributions from Emiliana Torrini, LouLou, Pam Bricker, and Notch, with both electronic and live instrumentation. The album combines influences such as dub, jazz, dance, rap, reggae and Indian music, and incorporates protest music into the group’s sound.
Out of print for several years, the album is now being pressed on double red and white vinyl for RSD Black Friday.
