I had confirmed this to be a first pressing by observing 10-29-63 etched with a matrix stamp on the trail off, also 3 lines on the right side of the label. It also is heavier than a different version I have, in fact identical but this is the better one.
Play graded as VG+, yes the sunny photo on side 1 exaggerates a very old long scuff, one that cannot be felt at any point. At worst there is some minor crackling between tracks on this side. There are no clicks, or tics when tracked into side 1, only some minor sounds between tracks.
Jacket is EX no seam splits, sharp black / white and colors abound., some paper spears to be separating on the lower back side where two types of paper meet but no paper loss.
