The sleeve is graded (a strong) VG+ with minor shelf wear to the edges/corners. The record is also graded VG+ (borderline EX) with some superficial hairline marking and plays very well throughout.
All records are play tested before listing. I'm happy to combine postage where feasible if more than one record appeals.
