The front of the cover has a large foil cutout of the chipmunk with snowflakes around it, with the titles of the songs

The back of the cover has a large picture of Santa with a synopsis about the story of Chippy and also has the titles of the songs. Has an area at the bottom right where it says A Merry Christmas From........ where you can put your name if record is given as a gift.
