Record - The story teller reads the book to the child, word for word, with music and sound effects

Condition:  

Record: VG+VG (Side One has faint surface noise, Side Two has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)    Labels: VGVG (Both sides have someone's name written in blue ink and blue marker) Book: VG+VG+ (Pages are still crisp and colors are still bright. The corners have a tiny crease. The marks which are on the front and back are also on the top of the pages)  Sleeve: VGVG (Someone's name along the bottom of the cover and on the inside of the front cover. Some wear along the edges and corners. There are some surface wear and marks at the top middle of the front and back cover. There are some pin holes on the back near the binding. Crease on the back from the record)   

Overall in great condition, considering the age of the book and record.
