Lester Young Trio No. 2 (10" LP) Lester Young, Buddy Rich and Aye Guy (Nat King Cole) / Supervised by Norman Granz.
This vinyl has not been looked after very well and has a lot of noticeable scratches/marks and plays with clicks, pops and crackle throughout. It does play through with no skips or sticks and is definitely still worth a listen, I enjoyed it despite the surface noise! As it is very hard album to find I have decided to auction it as a collection filler for someone until a better copy comes along!!!

Side One: I Want To Be Happy; Peg O’ My Heart.
Side Two: Mean To Me; Man I Love.
The album is on Clef Records, MG C-135. Matrix side one: MGC-135A (stamped). Matrix side two: MGC-135B (stamped).
1953. USA pressing. 10” LP. Mono. David Stone Martin Cover Art.

See photos below for more info.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: fair (has a lot of marks/scratches and plays with clicks, pops and crackle throughout but definitely still very listenable, plays with no skips or sticks. When I listened to the record I still enjoyed the music and I ’m a fussy beggar!!!).
Vinyl side 2: fair (has a lot of marks/scratches and plays with clicks, pops and crackle throughout but definitely still very listenable, plays with no skips or sticks. When I listened to the record I still enjoyed the music and I ’m a fussy beggar!!!).
Cover (paste-on back): very good (edge and spine wear, rubbing on front, sticker remains front top right, some some light marks/aging on back).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.
Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. Payment strictly by PayPal only. Postal discounts available for multiple purchases - Please email for details.  _gsrx_vers_335 (GS 5.5 (335))
