On April 20, 2010, Merge Records reissued The Magnetic Fields' 69 Love Songs as a deluxe vinyl box set - only 3,000 (though reportedly 2,000 copies from other sources) were made, and it has been out of print since 2010. The limited edition box includes remastered versions of all 69 songs spread out over six 10" LPs, each in a double gatefold sleeve, all housed in a massive box that includes a 10" version of the original booklet & featuring liner notes written by Lemony Snicket author Daniel Handler.
This is priced to sell - it's SO nice, I would normally never let go of it, but for financial reasons I really need to. It's practically like new - I only spun it a couple of times. You won't regret buying it, and it's value has tripled or quadrupled (at LEAST) since it was released ... I am letting it go for about half price. It's value will only continue to rise as time goes by, so get it while the gettin' is good. As you know, the content is priceless. Take care of it for me, please!
