Please note that all of my records came from the collection of one serious audiophile. He cleaned the disks with best techniques, and maintained the disks in excellent shape.

is EX condition.
Jacket is VG+ condition, previous owner taped a protective plastic cover over both sides of the gatefold jacket, and the tape is touching the jacket along the spine. However, the jacket itself is in excellent condition, see photos for full details.
General comment:
I usually conduct grading of disks visually, and all the records in
this collection were cared for with love, and cleaned using the best
professional techniques. The previous owner listened to these disks on a
top-line stereo system, and cleaned them to make sure they were free of
all dust and dirt. Sometimes there will be surface abrasions, which can
usually be seen in the photographs I take of the disks.

Records are packed in a 12" record mailing box, with a cardboard insert for more safety.
