Original 10" L.P. with 4 tracks on Side A with Joe Holiday, leader, ltenor sax; Taylor, piano, organ; Earl May, bass; Charlie Smith, conga; Ubu Nieto, timbale; Joe Mangual, bongo. Side B, 4 tracks with Billy Taylor, piano; Earl May, bass; Charlie Smith, drums; Joe Mangual, bongo.
Cover: VG++ to Mint(-) 3" split on the top edge; 1" split on the bottom edge. Very clean appearance with no aging.
Record: VG Visually shows a significant scratch on Track 1, Side B. There is some irregular light discoloration on the vinyl surface. Except for these markings the record shows very little wear. The scratch is clearly heard on Track 1 and about 1/2 of Track 2 on Side A. The balance of the side has minimal surface noise. The Holiday Side B has the typical noise found on most early Prestige 10" records with some clicks and crackles throughout,though, there is some variation between tracks. The overall rating is my best estimate of the average. Audibly checked.
