RARE, Long out-of-print Mystic Records "Death Rock" compilation, "Let's Die" TEST PRESSING - 1 of 10 made! Comes with original delivery receipt from pressing plant signed by infamous label chief Doug Moody! Also with loose Side A label (likely sent as an example with test pressings.) And, original album jacket.
Purchased from Doug Moody's personal collection of last remaining copies in storage, this is an extremely rare find -- but also, it's flawed -- read below and see photos before bidding.
Featuring popular 80s Southern California hardcore bands playing Death Rock inspired songs. See track listing below.
The vinyl appears to be unplayed and in pristine condition EXCEPT it looks like it wasn't carefully handled or may have even been dropped at one time. There are about 8 medium length hairline scuffs on the A-side where it looks like it must've slipped out of the inner sleeve. Side B looks perfect, no marks. Since it appears to be unplayed, I haven't played the record to check for any skips, but the marks don't look deep enough to affect play. Buyer assumes risk that skip or surface noise is possible. Album jacket also shows shelf wear and small bends along the spine. Please see photos. FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS.
