Overall, I'd rate this item as excellent. Most of the wear that I could find is present on the black outer box that houses everything inside. There is also some minor wear on the binding of the booklet, but the records themselves and everything else is excellent or better.

There is a scratch/dent on the front of the black box that's about 1cm deep. There are also some other minor scruffs and scrapes on the outside of the box, but nothing major. This is where most signs of wear are present and can be seen in the pictures above.

Inside, there's the booklet with the certificate of authenticity on the inside of the cover showing that it’s Limited Edition Number 19,800. On the binding near the bottom, there are some slight signs of wear. There is one part where it has worn down making a small tear that is about half an inch long. Below it is another small worn down part that is about an inch long (both are marked in blue in the picture above). Other than that, it is in excellent condition or better. It has all the pages with no marks or fading and the binding still feels sturdy and is holding all the pages together.

All the records themselves are in excellent+ to near mint. Only two of the records have been played before, and they've only been played through maybe once or twice at the most. I couldn't see any nicks or signs of wear on any of them with the exception of "Yellow Submarine" side 1 which has minor surface marks but plays perfectly. The paper record sleeves show slight signs of wear such as slightly ruffled corners, however they are still in great condition and have no other signs of tears or extreme to even moderate signs of wear. All the records have their plastic sleeves and the booklet has its protective piece of cardboard that came with it.

The Geo-Disk is in near mint condition and its paper/cardboard sleeve is in good condition. The Geo-Disk has never been used and has been removed from its sleeve only a couple of times (primarily to be inspected for this auction). The sleeve has some scrapes on the front near the top and bottom and the corners are a little ruffled.
