The Who  ( My Generation ) LP  1st pressing   Brunswick  LAT 8616.    Now here is an iconic  album that should be gracing any music fans collection.  Not to many of these turn up in decent condition, most that i have had my hands on were knackered.  So let's see what we have here.   The sleeve as you can see by the photo's is complete, the front still has all it's laminate but the back has some browning and a stain in the top left corner.  The spine is intact and all text is perfectly readable.  All edges of the sleeve are great and have no seam splits.   The labels are in superb condition and have no sticker marks or writing on them.  There are spindle marks but that would be expected on a record as good as this one, it was meant to be played not stashed. The record is housed in a poly lined inner sleeve.  The disc i would grade as  VG+ / EX  Side 2 has some long scuff marks and a small light scratch. Some surface marks are visible.  I have played this record all the way through and it sounds brilliant, you only hear some light cackle between some tracks.  I believe if this record has a professional clean it would sound almost flawless.  The record shines very nicely and lays perfectly flat.   The Matrix numbers are  side1 - MG - 10256 - 1B  side 2 - 10257 - 1B.  Whoever buys this record will not be disappointed, it's great.  Please bid in confidence on this one.  If you are not happy then your money will be refunded as i do for all my customers.  Grading records is subjective, but i do the best i can.  All my records are play tested all the way through.   Good luck with the bidding.   Overseas bidders are welcome but please ask about postage costs.  This record will be sent tracked and insured.
