Q: Do I have to be registered with PayPal to buy an item where the seller is requiring immediate payment?

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are usually processed within 24 hours and dispatched the following working day. Please note: because the warehouse is closed at weekends, orders placed on Friday to Sunday will begin to be processed on the next working day and will then usually be dispatched the following day.

After you have paid for your item(s), you will receive a dispatch email when your goods leave our warehouse. The tracking code for your parcel will be included in this dispatch email and will allow you to track your parcel's progress on DPD's website: www.dpd.co.uk/forms/track-my-parcel.jsp

Presently, we will only fulfil orders to addresses in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), Republic of Ireland, France and Germany.

If you need to return a product to us, we will be happy to offer a refund provided we receive your returned item(s) within 30 days of dispatch and they are still in mint condition, including unbroken (still sealed) cellophane wrapping where applicable.
